Overview
Chairsyde is a dental practitioner's best friend. Chairsyde is a web app that handles bookings - virtual or in-person- taking patient education to the digital future. More importantly, it offers education tools, animations and videos to educate patients on their dental health and future procedures.
Our design thinking
Chairsyde came to us as they switched from a tablet-based app to a responsive web solution. Allowing potential patients to interface via their phones with dentist's office computers. Chairsyde also needed a fast and easy companion for in-person consultations when dentists only have a few minutes with clients.
As well as redesigning their product from the ground up, we developed their brand and relaunched their marketing site.Speed and effort were front of mind for every interaction we designed for the Chairsyde product. We wanted every critical interaction to be within 5 clicks for a dentist so they didn't have to face away from their patient for longer than necessary. This clarity and ease were reflected in a smooth colour palette and a clean interface. We took learnings from video streaming giants to enhance the quick browse and skip interface for content.
Finished product
We worked collaboratively with their development and product team to rethink the key interactions with the interface but also the brand. With our balanced team of expert visual designers and UX thinkers, we created a solution that was both aesthetically pleasing but also easy to use.
